PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF TWO (2) PARCELS OF LANDS LOCATED IN DAERAH PETALING, MUKIM PEKAN COUNTRY HEIGHT, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 17.4 ACRES OWNED BY PERBADANAN ASET KERETAPI (RAC)

We refer to the announcements dated 15 May 2026 and 28 May 2026 on the above matter. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

 

The Company wishes to announce that RAC had on 23 June 2026 agreed to an extension of time of two (2) weeks until 9 July 2026 for the signing of the Agreement.

 

Apart from the extension of time as stated above, all other terms and conditions in the Letter of Offer remain unchanged.

 

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course upon the finalisation and execution of the Agreement, or as and when there are material updates on the Proposed Development.
