II.	CAPITAL REDUCTION

COLLECTIVELY, THE REGULARISATION PLAN

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's circular dated 20 January 2026 in relation to the Regularisation Plan)

 

We refer to the announcements dated 20 March 2025, 22 September 2025, 23 September 2025, 6 January 2026, 19 January 2026, 20 January 2026 and 11 February 2026 made in relation to the Regularisation Plan.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Regularisation Plan has been completed following:

 

  1. the allotment and issuance of 260,200,000 Settlement RPS-A by the Issuers to RFSB in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement on 23 June 2026; and

     

  2. the Capital Reduction taking effect on 10 June 2026 following the receipt of a notice issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming that all requirements in respect of the reduction of share capital of the Company has been complied with.
