The Board of Directors of Vanzo Holdings Berhad ("VANZO" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vanzo Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("VASB") on 23 June 2026, had entered into a Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") with Leadsun International Limited, a Company with its office in Hong Kong (collectively, "the Parties"). Pursuant to the Agreement, VASB is appointed to act as the non-exclusive importer and distributor of LIBY brand products within Malaysia, subject to the terms and conditions particularly set out in the said Agreement.

The Board also wish to release an official press statement in relation to "VANZO PARTNERS WITH CHINESE FMCG GIANT LIBY TO BUILD A NEW HOUSEHOLD CARE PLATFORM IN SOUTHEAST ASIA" for the information of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the public.
