DISPOSAL BY ARKA OF 800,000 ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 40% EQUITY INTEREST IN ENFRASYS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD TO JOY JEWEL SDN BHD FOR A DISPOSAL CONSIDERATION OF RM43.0 MILLION TO BE SATISFIED ENTIRELY VIA CASH

We refer to the announcements dated 9 April 2026 and 29 May 2026 in relation to the Disposal ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that following the approval of the shareholders of the Company for the Disposal which was obtained at the EGM of the Company held earlier today, the SPA for the Disposal has become unconditional on 22 June 2026.
