PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP") COMPRISING THE PROPOSED EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME AND THE PROPOSED SHARE GRANT PLAN OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) OF THE COMPANY AT ANY POINT IN TIME DURING THE DURATION OF THE LTIP ("PROPOSED LTIP")

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed LTIP. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

 

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 June 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the listing and quotation of such new MCHB Shares, representing up to 10% of the total issued MCHB Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) that may be allotted and issued at any point in time during the duration of the Proposed LTIP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
