| Remarks : |
The error arose from the omission of the allocation of losses attributable to NCI amounting to approximately RM3.6 million. The impairment of RM12.0 million was recognised at subsidiary level and appropriately included in the Group's total profit after taxation in the Previous Announcement. However, the allocation of the resulting loss attributable to non-controlling interests amounting to approximately RM3.6 million was inadvertently omitted. As a result, the allocation of profit after taxation between owners of the Company and NCI has been corrected accordingly. There is no impact on the Group's total profit after taxation, which remains at approximately RM4.422 million. There is no impact on revenue, profit before taxation, or the Group's overall financial position and cash flows. |
