The listing of and quotation for the entire share capital of ESYS comprising 290,445,000 Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities is implemented by way of introduction and does not entail any fund-raising nor issuance of new securities in conjunction therewith.

This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
