Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Company's announcement dated 22 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed ESOS.

1.    INTRODUCTION

       On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that, the Board has to defer the implementation of the Proposed ESOS.

2.    DETAILS OF THE DEFERMENT

       This deferment is pending the outcome of the proposed scheme of arrangement, as announced by the Company on 12 May 2026.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on any material developments in due course.
