We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 23 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Vendor and Purchaser had, on 18 June 2026, entered into an addendum to the SPA to extend the SPA Extended Conditional Period for a further period of 1 month, expiring on 13 July 2026, thus providing the Vendor additional time to fulfill the outstanding condition precedent of the SPA, being the letter of undertaking and indemnity addressed to Tenaga Nasional Berhad for handover of the land identified in the land layout plan for building the necessary Pencawang Masuk Utama for the benefit of the Subject Property.
