Reference is made to Northern Solar Holdings Berhad ("Northern" or the "Company") announcement dated 3 March 2026 in relation to Northern Solar Sdn. Bhd. ("NSSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company accepted the Letter of Award in relation to the EPC for collector lines and SPP Interconnection Facility with a contract price of RM71,860,000.00 ("the Project").

In relation to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that NSSB and the contractor had on 18 June 2026 further entered into a Subcontract Coordination Agreement for the Project.
