We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL by way of market making.

The YTL-C2Y is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The YTL-C2Y is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The YTL-C2Y is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under YTL-C2Y are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
