ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF PADINI HOLDINGS BERHAD ("PADINI") ("PADINI SHARE(S)") ("PADINI-C17")

We refer to PADINI's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad's announcement dated 26 May 2026 and 3 June 2026 respectively pursuant to the special dividend of 2 sen per share (Single Tier Dividend) in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2026 ("Special Dividend").


As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of PADINI-C17. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of  PADINI-C17 shall remain the same.
