Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Duopharma Biotech") on 5 March 2026 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Previous Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the High Court at the Case Management today has given the following directions:-

1. Trial on 24 July 2026 has been vacated and the date has been converted to Case Management;

2. New trial dates are 19 October 2026 and 20 October 2026; and

3. Parties to file witness statements by 30 June 2026.
 

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
