Further to the Company's announcement on 9 June 2026 on the outcome of the Eighth (8th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT, who has provided their Consent to Act as the Company's auditors, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. This appointment replaces the retiring auditors, Messrs. RSM Malaysia PLT.  Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT will hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM, with their remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors.
