The Investor Day will feature a presentation by the Company's management on Catcha Digital's business and direction, with the event details as follows:

For the shareholders who are coming to the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 24 June 2026 as announced previously, this Investor Day is scheduled to happen at the same venue immediately after the conclusion of the AGM.
