(I)	PROPOSED ACQUISITION; AND
(II)	PROPOSED PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE 

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

Reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 14 October 2024, 20 February 2025 and 1 August 2025.

 

Please refer to the attachment for further details on the following:-

 

(i)         proposed acquisition by PDFZ Sdn Bhd ("PDFZSB") (a subsidiary of the Company) of a parcel of land bearing new title no. of H.S.(D) 47317, PT 9405, Mukim Pasir Panjang, Daerah Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan at the purchase price of RM88.50 million ("Proposed Acquisition"); and

 

(ii)         proposed provision of financial assistance of up to RM250.00 million to PDFZSB pursuant to paragraph 8.23 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to fund the Proposed Acquisition and the development of the 1st phase of Port Dickson Free Zone ("Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance").
