The Closing Price of RM0.7589 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of NATGATE shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than NATGATE-C2's Exercise Price of RM1.45, holders of NATGATE-C2 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised NATGATE-C2 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of NATGATE-C2 shall terminate absolutely.
