Provision of Financial Assistance pursuant to Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of HMCB wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valhalla Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("VCSB"), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 31 March 2026 as set out below:-
