We refer to the announcement dated 3 August 2023 in relation to the Arbitration. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

 

We also refer to the announcements dated 1 December 2021, 6 December 2021, 9 December 2021, 12 September 2023, 6 March 2026, 9 April 2026, 12 May 2026 and 25 May 2026 in respect of the Suit 982. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall also apply herein.

 

DISCONTINUANCE OF SUIT 982

 

QLR wishes to announce that following the completion of settlement agreement, the Plaintiffs had on 28 May 2026 filed a Notice of Discontinuance in respect of the Suit 982 and that the Registry of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore has accepted the said filing.

 

Following the above, the scheduled pre-trial conference hearing has been vacated and the Suit 982 is discontinued.
