| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Teo Chee Lian @ Teo Chee Liang ("Mr. Leslie Teo") is an accomplished C-suite executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic operations, corporate finance, and corporate governance within Public Listed Companies. Mr. Leslie Teo brings extensive experience in leading IPO exercises, high-value mergers and acquisitions integrations, and robust risk management framework and expert in translating complex financial data into strategic board-level insights, with a deep commitment to high integrity and Environment, Social and Governance ("ESG") excellence.
