Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NICE, and Enrich Mining Sdn. Bhd. for the exclusive rights to carry out exploration works over 3,255 hectares area in the state of Kelantan.

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the same.

 

Further to the Company's announcements made on 28 August 2024, 27 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 28 May 2025, 26 August 2025, 25 November 2025, 24 February 2026 and together with the definitive Joint Venture agreement signed with Enrich Mining Sdn Bhd ("Enrich") on 10 June 2025, the Board of Directors is pleased to inform stakeholders that the Company is currently carrying out exploratory works to identify more mining sites for new proposed collaboration in the Sejana Project, located in Mukim of Lubok Bongor, District of Jeli, State of Kelantan.
