Ms. Ong Sheau Teng began her career with Messrs. Shook Lin & Bok as a Legal Associate in October 2012, where she assisted in civil litigation cases such as insurance, shipping, aviation and commercial disputes. She left the firm in April 2014.

In April 2014, she joined Messrs. Adnan Sundra & Low as a Legal Associate, where she was involved in corporate, commercial and conveyancing matters, including initial public offerings, take-over offers and acquisitions. She left the firm in February 2018.

In March 2018, she joined TA Securities Holdings Berhad as a Manager, where she managed and led the implementation of various corporate proposals, including fundraising exercises, acquisitions and disposals, and initial public offerings. She left the company in May 2022 to return to legal practice.

In July 2022, she joined Messrs. Olivia Lim & Co (now known as Olivia Lim & Associates) as a Partner, a position she presently holds, she is responsible for corporate advisory work including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, take-over offers and fundraising exercises, as well as contract drafting and negotiation for commercial and conveyancing agreements.
