Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 26 May 2026 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 11 December 2026 to complete the implementation of the Acquisition, Private Placement and Rights Issue.
