On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that the notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of UEM Edgenta Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the Entitlement Date for the SCR ("Notice") will be despatched to the shareholders of UEM Edgenta on 28 May 2026.
