Pursuant to Practice Note 11 of the MMLR, the Board of Directors of Pacific & Orient Berhad ("P&O") wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 March 2026 pursuant to ordinary course of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, P & O Capital Sdn Bhd, a money lending company is set out in the attachment below.
