We refer to the Company's announcement made on 23 September 2024 in respect of the Originating Summons filed by Dato' Adam Primus Varghese Bin Abdullah, the Former Interim Judicial Manager ("FIJM") of Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("KSFI").

The Company's solicitors notified the Company that the hearing for this Originating Summons initially fixed on 26 May 2026 has been rescheduled.

The Court fixed for this Originating Summons to be heard on 8 June 2026, at 9.00 am. Parties are to comply with filing directions prior to the hearing.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
