We refer to our announcements in relation to the Proposed Disposal on 13 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 16 January 2026 and 17 March 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in our earlier announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of RSB wishes to announce that the transfer of the legal title to Sastat Estate in favour of TRCSB has been duly registered at the relevant land registry, and SHSB has received the balance of the Disposal Consideration from TRCSB. Accordingly, the Proposed Disposal has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Disposal SPA.
