Reference is made to IRIS Corporation Berhad ("ICB")'s earlier announcements dated 8 December 2023, 12 December 2023 and 9 September 2025 and the latest material litigation status update as stated in the quarterly report on consolidated results of ICB for financial period ended 31 December 2025 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

IRIS Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the High Court had, on 25 May 2026, entered judgment against IITS for RM30,139,098.87 for which the full provision has been made. The High Court also entered judgement against IITS for interest at the rate of 1.5% per month from the due dates of the invoices until full realisation, together with costs of RM80,000.00.

The High Court dismissed the claim against ICB with costs of RM40,000.00.

The Company will seek legal advice on the next course of action with regards to the outcome of the High Court's decision.
