The Board of Directors of Camaroe wishes to announce that Farmerex Sdn. Bhd. ("Farmerex"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 21 May 2026 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Menteri Besar Selangor (Pemerbadanan) ("MBI"), for the development of an aquaculture farm on a plot of land known as H.S.(D) 7819, PT 2418 Mukim Sabak, situated in the District of Sabak Bernam, the state of Selangor measuring approximately 100 acres held under category of use "agriculture" ("Land"), upon the terms and conditions set out in the JVA.
