We refer to the Company's announcements dated 12 December 2024, 20 January 2025, 24 February 2025, 4 March 2025, 2 May 2025, 14 May 2025, 21 May 2025, 30 May 2025, 16 July 2025, 8 August 2025, 13 August 2025, 20 August 2025, 21 August 2025, 17 September 2025, 26 September 2025, 7 October 2025, 13 October 2025, 12 January 2026, 21 January 2026, 9 February 2026 and 6 March 2026 ("Announcements") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Proposed Placement is deemed completed on 22 May 2026, following the expiry of Bursa Securities' approval for the 2nd Extension of Time Application to complete the implementation of the Proposed Placement by 23 May 2026.

 

In summary, the Company had issued a total of 104,218,000 Placement Shares from the Proposed Placement, which raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM11.0 million.
