(Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those stated in the announcement dated 31 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcement")).

 

Reference is made to the Announcement and the subsequent announcement dated 7 May 2026 regarding the withdrawal of listing application and draft circular in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to highlight that Sections 2.3.1 and 5.4 of the Announcement shall be amended and a new section shall be inserted after 5th paragraph of Section 2.3.1 of the Announcement. Save for these amendments, all the other sections in the Announcement remain unchanged.
