Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of HI-CC x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HI-CC x (RM2.3258 - RM2.5000) x (1/3)
= Number of HI-CC x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 2.3258 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the HI Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and HI-CC shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of HI-CC shall terminate absolutely.
