The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd. (formerly known as Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 May 2026 been awarded with an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract worth RM152,586,000.00, for a new Cleanroom Architecture associated with mechanical, electrical & process utilities (MEP) services, at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah Darul Aman, Malaysia from a renowned US based multinational corporation which supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

The aforesaid works commenced on 11 May 2026 and are expected to be completed by 25 December 2026.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2027.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them has any direct/indirect interest in the Contracts.

Other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contracts, the Company does not anticipate any exceptional risks.
