PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 62,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN HARTANAH ("HARTANAH SHARES"), REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 10% OF THE TOTAL EXISTING NUMBER OF ISSUED HARTANAH SHARES ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

(Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement dated 24 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 5 May 2026 and 11 May 2026.) 

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Board has on 20 May 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.275 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0299 or approximately 9.81% to the five-day volume weighted average market price of Hartanah Shares up to and including 19 May 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.3049 per Share.
