Gamuda Berhad [Co. Regn. No. 197601003632 (29579-T)] ("Company" or "Gamuda") wishes to announce that two Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contracts have been entered into between its wholly owned subsidiary in Australia, DT Infrastructure [Australian Company No. 665 782 730] ("DT Infrastructure" or "DTI"), and

a. The Smoky Creek Solar Power Station Pty Ltd [Australian Company No. 673 271 335] in its capacity as trustee for The Smoky Creek Solar Power Station Trust [ABN 65 582 322 121]; and

b. Guthrie's Gap Solar Power Station Pty Ltd [Australian Company No. 673 270 703] in its capacity as trustee for The Guthrie's Gap Solar Power Station Trust [ABN 52 637 209 028],

for the delivery of the Smoky Creek and Guthrie's Gap Solar Power Stations respectively (collectively, the "Projects" and individually, a "Project").

Notice to Proceed for the Projects was received on 19 May 2026.
