PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 150,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN BKCB, REPRESENTING 10% OF THE EXISTING TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF BKCB, TO INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY INVESTOR(S) TO BE IDENTIFIED LATER AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED LATER ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement in relation to the Private Placement dated 10 April 2026 shall apply herein).

 

We refer to the announcements dated 10 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 27 April 2026, 8 May 2026 and 13 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 19 May 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for 44,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.0698 per Placement Share ("Issue Price"), being the third tranche of the Private Placement.

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.94% to the 5-day VWAP of BKCB Shares up to and including 18 May 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.0775.
