Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements from year 2020, year 2021, year 2022, year 2023, year 2024, 8 January 2025, 24 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 3 September 2025, 9 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 18 December 2025, 21 January 2026 and 3 March 2026.

 

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the abovesaid matter:

 

i.         During the continued trial proceedings held on 29 and 30 April 2026 and 18 May 2026, the Plaintiff's last factual witness completed his cross-examination and underwent part of his re-examination. The re-examination of the said witness will continue on the next trial date fixed on 23 June 2026.

 

ii.        Further trial dates have been fixed on 8 July 2026 and 10 July 2026 for the cross-examination of one of the Plaintiff's expert witnesses.

 

iii.       The trial date previously fixed on 21 May 2026 has been vacated.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
