Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of IHB wishes to announce that IBSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company was served with a Notice of Adjudication dated 20 January 2026 by CNYSB under the CIPAA for an amount of RM600,032.08 which was received by IBSB on 20 January 2026 ("Adjudication Claim").

CNYSB is claiming for the work and/or services in relation to the project known as "Membina Jalan Baru Menyambung Felda Bukit Jalor ke Gemas, Negeri Sembilan" where CNYSB was the appointed sub-contractor to carry out site cleaning works, earthworks, pavement works (up to roadbase), environmental protection works and routine maintenance works for the project." pursuant to the adjudication letter bearing reference no. AIAC/D/ADJ-6414-2026
