Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 October 2025, 19 December 2025 and 17 March 2026.

The Company has on 18 May 2026 issued to its Scheme Creditors the Explanatory Statement and Scheme Paper both dated 18 May 2026, and other relevant documents together with the Notice of Scheme Meeting to be held on 30 June 2026 (or any adjournment thereof) pursuant to the provisions of Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving (with or without modifications) the Company's Proposed Scheme of Arrangement.

Pursuant to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the proposed time, date and location of the Scheme Meeting is as set out in the Notice of Scheme Meeting.
