The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that Puan Aida Mosira Binti Mokhtar has been appointed as Tender and Project Oversight Committee Member with effect from 18 May 2026.

The current composition of Tender and Project Oversight Committee after the change are as follows:-

a. Dato' Mohammed Noor Azmall Bin Jamaluddin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director);

b. Encik Kamarul Ariffin Bin Mohd Jamil (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director);

c. Encik Shahlan Bin Md Shukor (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director); and

d. Puan Aida Mosira Binti Mokhtar (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director).
