Reference is made to the query received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 15 May 2026 pertaining to the unusual market activity of MKH Berhad ("MKH" or "the Company") on the recent drastic increase in the Company's share price and trading volume.

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and after making due inquiry with the Company's Directors, major shareholder, namely Chen Choy & Sons Realty Sdn. Bhd. ("CCSR"), the Board has been notified by CCSR that CCSR is periodically in discussions with external parties, but as at the date of this announcement, there is no assurance that the discussions will result in any definitive agreement or transaction or as to the final terms on which such transaction might be made.

We further refer to The Edge's article titled "Corporate exercise in the offing at MKH" dated on 18 May 2026 ("The Edge Article"). 

We wish to categorically deny the contents of The Edge Article. The Company will make the appropriate announcement in strict compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") should there be any material developments regarding this matter.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company's business operations is operating as usual and the Company's business operation remains materially unchanged.

The Company is in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa Securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations.
