The Board wishes to provide the following information: -
1. Kuala Lumpur High Court Companies (Winding-Up) No: WA-28NCC-819-08/2025
RHB Bank Berhad ("RHB" or "RHB Petitioner") vs Sentoria Group Berhad
- The Court has fixed case management on 4.6.2026 for RHB's winding-up petition, pending the outcome of ZSC's intended application to set aside the winding-up order dated 9.4.2026.
2. Kuala Lumpur High Court (Winding-Up No. WA-28NCC-137-01/2026)
ZSC Engineering Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("ZSC" or "ZSC Petitioner") vs Sentoria Group Berhad
- SGB was wound up by ZSC during the hearing on 9.4.2026.
- ZSC's counsel informed the Court that ZSC would be filing an application to set aside the winding-up order dated 9.4.2026 due to some technical error.
3. Kuala Lumpur High Court Post Winding Up No: WA-28PW-379-05/2026 (Kuala Lumpur High Court Winding Up No: WA-28NCC-137-01/2026)
ZSC Engineering Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("ZSC" or "ZSC Petitioner") vs Sentoria Group Berhad
- The Company had on 14.05.2026 been served with a Sealed Summons in Chambers to set aside the Winding-Up Order dated 11.05.2026, Affidavit in Support and Certificate of Urgency dated 11.05.2026.
- Court Hearing is fixed on 25.05.2026 to:
a) An order to set aside the Winding Up Order dated 9.04.2026 ("Winding Up Order") and for the Company's Winding Up Petition No. WA-28NCC-137-01/2026 to be re-heard.
b) An order for Company Winding-up Petition No. WA-28NCC-137-01/2026 to be heard together with Company Winding-up Petition No. WA-28NCC-819-08/2025 (RHB).
The future direction of the Company shall depend on the outcomes of the Court hearing.
