Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 21 November 2025.

The Board of Directors of Farm Price wishes to announce that the Company intends to further extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the unutilised balance of RM0.79 million under the category of purchase of machinery, equipment and logistics fleet for 8 months from the date of this announcement.
