Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025,  6 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 7 April 2026 and 23 April 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Court had, on 13 May 2026, conducted a further case management for the following:

1. Enclosure 25; and

2. Enclosure 1.

During the case management, the Court gave the following directions:

1. The parties are to file Submission in Reply for Enclosure 25 on or before 4 June 2026; and

2. Further case management for Enclosure 25 and Enclosure 1 is fixed via e-Review on 8 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the parties to update the Court on the status and to receive further directions.

In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to remain in effect for SCSB.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
