We refer to the Company's announcements made on 7 March 2024 and 11 March 2024 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

Further to the Announcements made previously, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that following the full and final settlement of the outstanding sum, cost and any interests accrued thereon by the Company on 7 May 2026, 

the Plaintiff had vide its letter dated 11 May 2026, confirmed the following:

i) that all the legal proceedings against the Defendants under the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim, both dated 18 January 2024 and others (if any) have been withdrawn; and

ii) that MCATCH (L) BHD., all the guarantors and Corporate Guarantor were therefore discharged and released from all liabilities under the Facility.

Save for the legal fees and disbursements associated with the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim and the Foreseeable Loss, the legal suit is not expected to have material impact to MCOM Group's financial and operations for the financial year 

ending 30 June 2026.

In view of the above, the Board is of the opinion that the matter has been fully resolved and there will be no further financial impact arising from the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the Group.
