We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the HSI.

The HSI-CWSC is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-CWSC is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 March 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 13 May 2026.

The HSI-CWSC will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 March 2026.
