- OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME, WHICH FORMS PART OF THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that 17,850,000 options were offered on 12 May 2026 pursuant to the Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"), which is part of the Long-Term Incentive Plan at an option price of RM0.2842 to eligible employees and Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries that are not dormant.
