We refer to the previous announcements dated 29 April 2026, 1 April 2026, 28 November 2025 and 9 August 2023 in respect of the development of solar PV plant of 29.99MW under CGPP at Mukim Padang Meha, District of Kulim, State of Kedah ("the Project").

The Board of Directors of M K Land ("the Board") wishes to announce that Citra Energies Sdn. Bhd. ("CESB"), which is a subsidiary of Solar Citra Sdn. Bhd. ("SCSB"), which is an indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 11 May 2026 achieved Financial Close.

CESB has secured the required financing for the Project which is expected to be operational by end 2027. The renewable energy revenue is underpinned by long-term virtual power purchase agreements with corporate consumers over a tenure of twenty-one (21) years.
