References are made to the announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 18 September 2025, 22 September 2025, 13 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 20 November 2025 and 16 December 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 May 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.1518 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0168 or approximately 9.96% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of GIIB Shares up to and including 11 May 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.1686 per GIIB Share.
