Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust ("Pavilion REIT") is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in its Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") dated 31 March 2026, was duly passed by the unitholders of Pavilion REIT at the 14th AGM held today, Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

The resolution was approved by way of poll and the results were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer for the 14th AGM.
